(“GCF “) is committed to providing quality information and activities surrounding chocolate, cooking, and food to people of all ages in a positive on-line environment. While we encourage the interactive nature of our website, we strive to promote the online safety and privacy of our users and expect that children using this site will have first obtained their parents’ permission, and that parents will have talked with their children about safety on the internet.
GCF has implemented this Privacfy Policy governing the personally identifiable information (“Personal Consumer Information”) collected by this site. This Privacy Policy does not govern Personal Consumer Information collected from any other source or in any other manner.

Ticket Biscuit is hosted and operated by a third party, and is separate from www.georgiachocolatefestival.com. Ticket Biscuit collects information about its users and may share the information it collects with GCF. We may use this information to contact you and provide you with information concerning our programs, activities, events, new partnerships and fundraising efforts in which we believe you might be interested, or for other purposes as set forth in this privacy policy. Likewise, if you a vendor or sponsor registering for the event, you are routed to a separate website, www.cvent.com (“Cvent”). Cvent is hosted and operated by a third party and is separate from www.georgiachocolatefestival.com. Cvent collects information about its users and may share the information it collects with GCF. We may use this information to contact you and provide you with new information concerning our programs, activities, events, new partnerships, and fundraising efforts in which we believe you might be interested, or for other purposes as set forth in this privacy policy.

SECURITY OF INFORMATION
GCF maintains reasonable standards of confidentiality and security for this site and the Personal Consumer Information collected from this site. The Personal Consumer Information you provide is secured using industry standard e-commerce security technology. GCF also restricts its own employees’ access to Personal Consumer Information. However, it is possible that someone may intercept or access communications, transmissions and/or Personal Consumer Information. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute concerning this Privacy Policy or your use of this site shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Georgia within one (1) year from the date that the cause of action arose (or, if multiple cause of actions are involved, from the date that the first cause of action arose), with such arbitration conducted pursuant to the then prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association.
